General Purpose
The Digital Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and advancing the digital presence of the College of Arts. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and technical execution of the College’s public-facing websites and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the University’s branding, accessibility, and communications standards.
Reporting to the Manager, Academic Programs and Recruitment, the incumbent oversees multi-platform digital projects with a focus on web architecture, responsive design, and accessibility compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting layout and formatting issues, coordinating Content Management System (CMS) training and support, and maintaining consistency with institutional digital governance. The role also supports student recruitment and outreach initiatives by contributing branded digital materials and assisting with event logistics as needed.
