Eligible employees are provided either a professional development reimbursement amount (UGFA 1) or an annual flexible spending credit amount.  Flex credits can be allocated toward all or one of the following: Professional Development Reimbursement (PDR), Health Care Spending or Taxable Wellness.  For information on eligibility and allocation amounts, check the respective Group Benefit Plan.

Scholarship Plan

Eligible employees with dependent children at or near university age or with a spouse seeking to complete a degree or diploma program can take advantage of tuition scholarships under this plan.
